Как запускать и управлять читом:
1). Запускаем CSS
2). Запускаем любой инжектор(в раздаче отсутствует), указываем
для ностим - ChodsCSS.dll
для стим - ChodsVACProofer.dll
и конечно процесс hl2.exe
3). Запускаем инжектор
Как управлять читом:
INSERT - меню

1 - указанная тобой длл запускается на пиратских версиях игры. 2 - windows 8 не поддерживается 3 - проверь наличие установленных у тебя на системе: microsft visual c++ 2010 соответственно битности системы net framework 2, 3 и 3.5
также проверь обновление DirectX и драйвера видеокарты!
